How come I can see all the font tags and crap like that in peoples' posts? It gets pretty tough to read.

That's only in old posts, because HTML is off and it thinks the HTML used in the post was used by the user ... so it displays it instead of rendering. We're trying to figure out if there's a way to convert it, though.
