Did they not survive the forum switchover? Otherwise it's not working right...

the default behaviour now in vB is that when you hit the "reply with quote" button, the new post does not inherit things quoted in the previous post. however if you force it, quotes are in fact nested. eg
blah
blah
blah

unfortunately it looks like you have to manually copy the full text of the post you want to quote and insert the quote tags yourself. i'll look to see whether there might be an alternative (automated) way of doing this a bit later

Good riddance. Nested quotes were a pain. Usually I just stripped them out anyway,

Please don't - this way's great! A good compromise in that if you MUST use them, teh quotes are nested, but otherwise they're not inflicted on us all!

What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.

you first ask the quote out on a date...

then you play nice and try to get her alone, when you do...take the quotation tags and hold it down until you can get on top,

then you quote that thing like you never quoted before

dont worry, quoting is legal in the US
