What is the deal with 1 search every 30 seconds? When my machine is broken and I need info 30 seconds is a lifetime.

Also, I can't use groups of words with quotes. For example I am getting an error message on my new Seagate HD. I wanted to do a search on "There is a problem with" It returned with over 2500 results!

Do you call this helpful?

With the old boards, you'd be waiting much more than 30 seconds anyway

What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.

We'll try reducing the time gap between allowed searches, but as a general rule of thumb, do not use natural langauge queries (on any search engine) unless thye say they support it. This search, like MOST others, searches for keywords. Use the advanced search and tailor your search carefully. It's a powerful tool, but you have to make sure you're using it properly.
