I highly recommend that ALL graphics, including Ads, be sent from 1 source. That way...that is if MacNN's Ad profit comes from how many loads as opposed to how many clicks/purchases. Since A lot of the readers around these part uses Mozilla and the "Block Image from this server" option is all soo convinent! (including me, who's making this suggestion...If I can do away without Ads, I would)
However, DO NOT use Flash Ads though...I HATE those even more so than regular ones...At least I can specify for regular Ads to play only once...
G4/450, T-bird 1.05GHz, iBook 500, iBook 233...4 different machines, 4 different OSes...(9, 2k, X.1, YDL2.2 respectively) PiA to maintain...

I do believe that most of their ads come from kermit.macnn.com, the same server that gives us regular page graphics. I usually use moz, and it blocks some of macnn's banner ads on occasion, but most get through at the top of the page. these are coming from kermit.

but flash ads are bad. I exiled my flash plugin from the internet plugins folder just to avoid flash ads. in ie, I can turn off plugins, but I know of no way to do it in moz.
