At another forum I frequent, just voting in a poll sends the thread to the top of the forum, not just posting in the thread. I like that feature. Is there any way to do that in vBulletin?
The other forum uses "zeroforum" software, btw.

Yeah, it's a vB option. I'm personally against it, since the Lounge and OSX-General would be just about impossible to read with the billion and one stupid polls that constatly get posted there.

I don't think this feature would impact the forum either way. If the poll is stupid, don't vote and therefore the poll will not be bumped. On the other hand, stupid topics get bumped all the time because people keep responding with "This is a stupid topic."
I think it is a good idea.

To clarify a bit: There have been some polls where it's a pretty cut-and-dried question and there's really nothing to post in a reply. So even though it's a popular poll and many people are voting, it's sinking to the bottom of the forum like a rock because there are few replies. That's why I think it's a good feature.
