I love the ability to pick and choose the forums you want in your user control panel. So much so that I bookmark it, and that is what I use to browse the forums now. Nice feature.

It would be cool if you hard a "mark all forums read" option in everyones control panel. It would make things allot easier.

Features like this are available with phpBB: a free (GPL) PHP replacements for vB and similar boards.

I can't understand why many sites are still stick with those expensive bulletin boards when free alternative (and free converters) are available...
