The view.adtmt.com ads (the "Juno" ads) screw up page loading. In Chimera, anyway. 19 times out of 20 when a page is loaded with one of those ads, it stops loading directly after retreiving the ad.

I'm not gonna sit around reloading page after page, and I'm sure others won't either... I know this isn't the fault of MacNN staff, but whatever it is, damn. It's a mess.

just had the same thing happen to me.
we don't control which ads come in, but we can certainly bitch and moan until they stop feeding us that one.

Yep, that's what I came here to complain about. I had to reload a page about 10 times to get a non-juno ad so the darned thing would finish loading.

BTW I was running Camino (hate that name) when this first happened, but it also is a problem with Pheonix on my windows machine. Very annoying!

Are you still seeing this problem? It was a problem with our HTML. I think it should be fixed now. Please let me know here by posting here.

It works fine now, thanks.

Flash ads are still flash ads, however...

That ad is extremely annoying and very frequent. I'm already absolutely sick of it. Please do something about it. Flash ads just suck. I hate movement when I'm trying to read text.
