You know what MacNN could use?
A Frequently Asked Forum!
I don't know if this has been suggested before but it would be very helpful to everyone. There could be a section for each computer model, as well for unix and for the "other topics".
This could solve a lot of problems, and somewhat stop redundant posts. I like what imaxxedout is trying to do, but the constant "bumping" is unnecessary.
Hey it works for apple

You know what we need? A frequently suggested feedback forum
Sorry mate, don't take offense, but it has been suggested a fair few times before
Can't remember the exact reasons against the idea, I remember they were good though

a sticky in each of the various hardware forums with links to answers from old threads would be a nice addition.

Gees, dont be so harsh Phil, I wish every topic was called 'READ ME'. It obviously indicates that he wants us to read his thread, very helpful
