OK, I was wondering about this. Let's say I have user xyz on my ignore list. Now xyz convinces an admin to change his name to zyx. So this guy is still on the same account but with a different screen name. Now, will zyx still be on my ignore list or will he not?

In other words, does the ignore feature run by screen names or by user account?

vB works by member ID, not name, IIRC.
