Is this a MacNN problem or a Safari problem?

The problem, as I see it:

Do a search on the MacNN forums,
Get a list of results,
Click on one and read it,
Click on the Safari's back arrow to go back to the list -

A dialog box drops down to ask you if you want to resubmit a form. You have to click "yes" to go back. Then you have to wait a while while the search is repeated!

Why isn't there a way to go directly back to the search results?

(I know you can hold down the command key to open a new window when you click on a link in the search results in the first place, then close the window when you are done. But i don't always remember, and why isn't there a more convenient way?)
