Given all the stuff that's happening in the world today, these banner ads you've got encouraging users to "Shoot the terrorist" or "Shoot the robber" et al are a bit inappropriate - granted, they're just cartoons and downright silly, but still. Encouraging violence is not something we need in any form.
You may want to contact your ad agency and have those pulled from the rotation.

There are many games out now that have 1st person shooters doing the same thing to these bad people.
And the bear, people go bear hunting all the time to keep the population down.
Now ask why would anyone want to shoot a harmless terrorist or robber?
