I think it's an ad for the First Direct bank, it has a sound file of a guy talking whenever its on a page, and its getting annoying. Especially when I've got iTunes on in the background and I get this guy talking over the song.

Look after my manor, or I will bum you, literally, to death.

many times...but still annoying.
I am starting to encounter these talking ads on more and more web sites now.
