I just ran into this over at Web Design Forums. It's just a small form at the bottom of each thread page that lets you reply without going to the reply page.

Example Thread

Is this do-able with Vbulletin? It would suck for +1ers, but I think it's more efficient than having to open up a new page to reply. MoS's post count would probably double it's pace.
