When I log onto the main forums page I'm told that I have 29 messages in my mailboxes. I want that to be zero. I've already deleted all the pms that can find. Am I missing something simple?

a) make sure you show and then delete messages all the way back to the beginning
b) make sure you delete your outgoing messages
c) make sure you delete your message tracking notices

Also, though this doesn't affect all of our users, the "from the beginning" thing is sorta broken. That is, when you say "the beginning", it shows messages/posts from the last 1000 days. Problem is, we've been around for over 1300 days. So if you actually want to see ALL the messages/posts, you'll have to edit the 1000 in the URL to something over 1300. (I usually just add an extra zero to make it show the last 10000 days.)
