With the release of the Mac Mini and the noticeable upswing of noob-grade questions about OS X and Macs in general, there should be a forum for newbies to learn the basics of Macs and OS X, along with FAQs stickied in that forum.
I think most of their questions have already been answered and they should search rather than feel alone in a noob area. There are many valid questions but I don't see myself going into the noob lounge and answering all of them, I would rather see them mixed in with everything else. Just my opinion of course.
