Well this happened a couple times in a row when I tried to reply to a few postings - including when posting this.
The first post I tried to make, a .dll file was attempted to be downloaded when I loaded the page. The Save File As dialog box appeared and asked me where I wanted to save the wm_rocks.dll or whatever it was called
This post asked me to download vc-720.js from www4.macnn.com.
What gives? I've used my work PC on these forums many times and have never had problems. I'm roughly guessing it has something to do with the advertisers MacNN has on the forums. WHen I declined the .js file download the ads on this page failed to load. I believe one of the ads on the posting that tried to download the .dll file didn't load either. (no ad blocker at work).
