It's still getting tweaked, but I think it'll be here pretty soon (next few weeks). It's taking them a bit longer partly because it's a global design change for all of MacNN, not just the forums. Also, it's not that easy to make large-scale design changes in the forums because of the way vBulletin templates work. The design code is all spread across many different templates, some of which have fairly complex table code.
