Image rule addition

Maybe a good rule to implement is for people to stop leaching images. If someone has to display an image, make sure it's hosted on a different image service like imageshack.

And who do you propose we send around the forums checking the URLs of all posted images?
And considering the number of members who still aren't technically adept enough to post an image, I'd be willing to bet that a rule requiring users to set up their own hosting for the image first wouldn't go over well at all.
Besides, there is an unspoken courtesy on the internet regarding image hosting. Most people seem to arrange private hosting for larger images.

Just change the picture to something letting everyone know that the offending party has stolen your bandwidth. I remember some guys on here doing something like this and it was a hilarious story.

I think it's only poilite to ask someone if they can link. I mean you are paying for your service.
If I catch someone doing such a thing, I usually just replace said image with something really nice.
