I have been having trouble posting not only quick replies, but using the "traditional" reply function. Every time I post Safari returns a network timeout error. Later on when I check back in, I find that my cookie is cleared and have to log back in. Then in the threads I participated I find multiple postings from the times I thought that the postings weren't being made due to the so-called timeout errors.

This has been going on ever since the upgrade.

The quick reply posts the message, but I get a little "Please Wait" message under the "Post" and Go Advanced" buttons. Also the inline post editor doesn't always seem to work.

Yup.

I'm getting hangs too, though the message ends up posting, in both regular and quick reply.

Judging from the number of quad posts by people who should know better (myself included), I think we've gotten used to the recent flawless behavior of the forums.

P.S. not a complaint, just information. Y'all do the work of the lord here

The main forum pages don't seem to necessarily reflect the most recent post either.

This seems connected to whether it hung.

Brian says (9:16 AM): I was looking at houses in Ottawa... I actually have a temptation in me to move
Jeff ******* says (9:19 AM): Eww, Ottawa is gross. It's infested with politicians, and presently, 1 Harper as well.

Some changes were made (see thread by mkbhatia for details). If you're still having issues, post in there. The forums have been working well for me since then.
