Any Way to Automatically Block "That" Picture?

It's disturbing and probably illegal in some parts of the world.

Is it at all possible for the forum software to automatically detect and not show it without the moderators/administrators doing anything?

Because I doubt you guys like looking at it either.

problem is anyone can take it resize it rename it "mrhappyface.jpg"

wow, surprised it hasn't happened sooner.

Since inline images at no point pass through our servers, it's absolutely impossible for us to do anything about it.

We've already got all the common file names and URLs for the two most common gross images in the censor filter, which keeps them from loading. But as paul w said, all one has to do is rename the image. There is no way we can do anything about this.

As for image dimensions: again, images don't pass through our servers, so there's no way to check for this. (If there were an easy way, we'd be using it already to prevent oversize images!)
