and notice that my thread was locked when it was about/too all mods and not about/to a single mod? i kept in the guidelines and it was still locked.

None of those threads (some I closed, some Scott closed) were basically nonsense whining. If you have a personal gripe, try and resolve it with that person first.

Regardless, there's also the thing about respecting a mod's decision. When a mod's made a decision to close a thread, you don't just go and re-start another one on the same thing. It will be closed or deleted.
