I have been e-mailing admin for about a month now about my problem retrieving my private message i cannot access, is anyone there to help? I feel like im being ignored!

my problem is I cannot read my private message in my private message inbox, i click on it but no message is there yet it always show I have a private message

It's a known glitch from the recent database corruption. Ever since then, many users have the system showing one more unread private message than they actually have. So if you have zero, it shows 1, if you have one, it shows 2, etc. (I am experiencing this bug myself.)

Alas, whoever is supposed to fix this stuff has yet to do so.

I have no idea. I've brought up this problem to the people who can fix it, and nothing's happened.
