We all know it's not Zimphire, because he doesn't show 1337 M4cNN G33k .
But to everybody's knowledge, he is the only one who exceeded 20k posts. So, who is the 1337 M4cNN G33k ?

He said Zimphire is the only user to pass the threshold of 20,000 posts, and the "1337 M4cNN G33k" title wasn't actually used.

Where did he say that ? I cvan't find that in the aforementioned thread.

tooki's speculation is that Kevin's custom title "King of Nothingness" was overriding the 1337 M4cNN G33k title. But I'm sure that the Zimphire nick never showed 1337 M4cNN G33k, even before "King of Nothingness" was made as custom title.

It's not speculation. Zimph is the only user so far with that many posts, and he has had his custom title since before he hit the 20K mark.

Ah, I didn't know he had the custom title that long. Well, I guess that settles that matter.

Well, hitting 10K was a big milestone that few have hit.

Can we get a transparent background for those colored stars? Right now they are ugly as butt with the white background there.

I think that we "Addicted to MacNN" peeps should get to choose our star colour or symbol. I want 5 blue Apples ( like in Tiger's menu bar).

Nah, custom titles should be a rare thing. 10k min, I'd set it at 20k if I was a mod.

Cipher13 was the first to reach 10,000 posts and that was a long time ago. I guess he either burned out or got a life after that as he didn't continue posting for too much longer.

Too bad so many people make a new account shortly before or after 10k.

I noticed it, too. But I don't have FTP or shell access to the server, so I cannot upload the image.

One of the perks of being an admin is custom stars.

Yes, I post a lot, but a HUGE number of them are "administrative" posts, like telling people they posted in the wrong place. (People hate it when we close a thread and don't leave a note saying why.)
