Why do mods never PM me back?

I've sent several PMs to various mods before asking various questions. However, I never get a PM back. This is frustrating. Are the tubes of the intarnets broken coming to my house from the mods?

You'll get a message only when you have done wrong. Trust me, it's worth it.

Id say reporting abuse on one of them might get ya banned or an infraction.. frankly i think the moderators and administrators are doing a good job here, when I have had concerns they have responded and been very nice in assisting me in any way they can.
