Can we remove image verification from the search tool?

It's a royal pain in the arse when you're trying to search for something quickly or trying lots of different search strings and to have to put in an image verification each time.

I'm not sure what you are talking about either.
I like my water with hops, malt, hops, yeast, and hops.

OK, seems to only happen when you're not logged in. I seem to recall the NN forgetting that i'm logged in, or I keep resetting my browser cache because some webpage isn't loading right. Either way, it's still annoying.

The Hampstor is punishing you for using Windows.

The Hampstor has 3 options then:

1. Repair my iBook G3 (logicboard)
2. Repair my Quicksilver (PSU)
3. Upgrade my B&W G3 (Painfully Slow)

Windows is punishing me for using it anyway, it's requiring a format and re-install and lets not forget that i'll have to call MicroBorg to activate it....

image verification is enabled for guests so that bots don't eat up our resources. and so that they can't easily find specific threads which they'd like to spam.

That has never happened to me. I would think that's an issue on your end.

Agreed. I have no problems remaining logged in using Safari with cache disabled, and my windows machines also have no problem remembering.

I remember some threads on it after one of the last updates to the forums, I think Rumour created one, it must have been fixed.
