no. It happens only when I visit the forums. I looked to see if I had any plug-ins installed but I have none. It says to open 'another Internet Explorer window' so I don't think its on my computer
edit: I went to the website it said to go to and it looks like it has something to do with my router. Luckly I will be getting a new one soon

edit 2: on 2nd thought, I took that screenshot at school while on the schools router. I think it might be on your end
