In the past 2 months I've seen this:

var dz=document;
dz.writeln("<Script language=\"Javascript1.1\" src=\"http://tag.contextweb.com/TagPublish/getntag.aspx?action=VIEWAD&run=200&cwforma t=728X90&advid=111&pid=404168&width=72 8&height=90&pnet=1\">");
dz.writeln("<\/script>");

In the middle of the Macnn home page. I am using Seamonkey.
