I know it's quite a funny novelty, white text. But it is becoming a pain to have to look at line spacing and its position relative to the signature, and having to figure whether or not I should click and drag or use another means of text highlighting, in order to get the full gist of a post. What's the point of waiting years for the forum to get a new aesthetic design if, in order to read the posts in threads, everything is highlighted and made less visually appealing?

I agree, and half the time, I don't even bother to check to see if its there and respond because the poster comes of sounding stupid or intentionally dense because he's trying to do a punch line in white.

Request denied.
You know it had to be done!

Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.
That's where there's thunder... and the wind shouts back.

Throwing my hat into the support ring.
I would like the white color option to be removed as well.

There's always someone that has to ruin it for the rest of the class.
It's fun. I vote to keep it. It's not hurting anyone.
Except Dakar. I think he'd cry if you took it out.

How about just disabling Dakar, that would take care of 98% of all white text

And 98% of the fun around here. I vote to keep him on the island.

I guess it depends on your definition of fun.

While I agree that Dakar certainly sometimes causes a smirk, the majority of his posts are just inane one-liners.

That would be like a college sports team without a mascot.

As far as disabling it.. meh. The fad will eventually move on. And those that keep doing it will be made fun of. In white text.
