Heh, that was just parallax fooling around while he was implementing the stars/status hack.

It's just the way people say "Elite" as in "Elite Hacker" in hacker-speak. They say stuff like 1337 hax0r doodz instead of elite hacker dudes. 13373 is the way you say elite (look hard...)
