So sorry!

Our brand-spanking-new server will be in very soon; we're just waiting for the new heatsink to arrive as the old one was faulty. The forums should be easily twice as fast once we get the new hardware running.

Apologies once again.

stupid heatsinks. i went thru 3 on my thunderbird board before i made one fit onto the board. i had to file away part of the darned thing. bad mobo design.

yes, new hardware is good. the speed is worst midday, so try checking threads late at night if you don't like to wait.

Yah, but it's running Linux.

Now you can sleep at night.

Phew! That's a relief. For a second there.....

But seriously, I don't know squat about running a server. Is Apple's stuff behind the curve, too expensive, all of the above?
