I posted an article on this not long before the unauthorized modifications (a.k.a. "Hack attack") to the MacNN forum site, but I did not see it posted after, so I must assume it was simply the unfortunate victim of this "attack". But no matter, here is my problem, again:

You see, I can't figure out how to post on news articles. Even though, I am logged in, I cannot post on any of the articles. Reloading does nothing either. Am I missing something? Thanks.

People have mentioned that logging out of the forums, and then logging back in seems to do the trick.

I think it's a problem updating the UBB cookie or something (since the news uses the same cookie).
