turning the MacNN logo on the news pages into a link back to the homepage would be a welcome treat. It's pretty standard these days to do that. It took me a while to figure out that clicking the 'news' button would do the job.
trying to hit that little "News" button is both counter-intuitive and annoying. It reminds me of Windows - in so much as the menu bar at the top of each window - you have to really concentrate to hit the menu bar with the mouse; whereas of course on a mac you can just bang the mouse to the top of the screen without even looking.
