Is it possible to change flood control to not work off IP but instead off login name and for unregistereds default back to IP?
Because as is if cheerios for example posts I can't because Macnn sees us as one entity. This is very annoying and I don't see how it can be too much trouble to make such a change.
What do the powers that be think?

Actually, it would take rather a lot of modification, and since we're upgrading the whole board relatively soon, it wouldn't make much sense to start hacking something of that size right now.
I'll look into how much hacking it would require, but no promises.

Agreed. Email notification on all posts would be nice too, but I have learned to live w/o it .
