What's with the flood control options?
I know there's a posting limit on the server that says you can't post messages less than one minute apart but recently (more than once) I've got the flood limit message the FIRST time I post a message.
Is flood limiting handled on a per-IP or per-nick basis?
If by IP, I KNOW there's no one else on my IP posting messages here. If by nick I guess it's possible that someone's using my nick to post elsewhere, but I haven't seen any posts that I don't recall writing.
Anyone else experienced this?
