it would be nice if after voting in a poll, the user is taken to the results instead of the thanks-for-voting page. can this be changed?

I agree. I find it kinda annoying that I have to click on link to see the result.

We are kind and polite here. The poster MUST be thanked. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

Maybe it could send you to the results after thanking you? Parallax is probably the right person to ask.

these two guys are wondering why you can't just cut out the thank page if it's only going to forward us to the results anyway. couldn't you add a thank you to the top of the results page?

No. It'd require a bunch of hacking for a very small change in actual user experience. It'll forward you to the page within a second or two or you can just click on it. Not a huge deal.
