Can UBB be setup to display the time:

(a) using the user's time zone rather than PST or whatever it is you're using just now?
(b) using the user's preferred time format? These times in the 12-hour clock are really irritating!

It would be great if this could be done.

Unfortunately, not in this version; I've never seen a hack for this either. FYI, though, the timezone UBB uses is Eastern Standard Time.
