A post in G4 section was closed and moved to "3rd party software?" It dealt with IE 5 - and there do seem to be IE 5 issues on G4's, but 3rd party? maybe typo.

I'd like though to see "Internet" forum category instead of one for IE 5, one for OE, again for Netscape 6. And none for iCab 2. Just one.

comp.sys.mac.com or .browsers works for ngs.

the post in question was regarding IE 4.5, hence third-party... it certainly wasn't a G4 question...

as to your suggestion to consolidate, well, that is not up to me. perhaps it is a good idea to have just one, internet forum to cover web app's

I like the idea of one forum for internet software as well. Put my vote down, if that counts for anything.

Sorry, but I think it's a lousy idea. Pretty soon it'll be an Internet Exploder forum, that'll have dick to do with Macintosh.

Application specific fora are an insanity, unless you want to set up a Photoshop one

Yea, also set up a "Why Windows sucks" forum
