What's with all of these new forum sites?
I think it's confusing enough for readers/users that every major Mac site has its own forums, but forum-only sites like MacParty and MacCrowd?
I think most readers/users find one set of forums that they stick to exclusively. Anything more and it becomes too hard to keep up with everything. Similarly, I think that between a major Mac site's forums and a small, forums-only site, readers/users would choose the former. After all, it's already established, more people use it, and therefore questions are answered faster and discussions are more interesting.
Then again, I may be biased.

well, on the off chance that you are serious... see, Misha was saying that perhaps he is biased toward thinking that MacNN fora are just the greatest thing since sliced bread, so to speak, because he has a rather vested interest here
and i was saying that i am most certainly biased, i think the MacNN fora are right up there with the best of them
that 'drop the chalupa, Elian' bit you did made me do a spit-take, Anthony, my milk went right out my nose... please give us all a warning when you are about to do something hilarious again, ok?
