On saturday, me and the little woman jumped on the scooter and went to check out a biker rally. While looking around, a saw a bunch of guys from the NYC chapter of the Angels. The biggest, dirtiest, nastiest looking dude in the bunch went into is saddle bags and came out with a Targus case containing a G3 PB. The guy told me they just got a G4 from the club house. Very cool. I told him if he needs any mac help, just to call wlonh. I gave him your address and phone number. He said they would grab thier "bitches" and some beer and drop by to tear the joint up and talk some macs. Hope you don't mind.

well i used to live around the corner from those gentlemen in the lovely Lower East Side of NYC... they have HQ's on 3rd Street and i lived on 5th for about 15 years, a fine bunch of fellas and really they are pretty tame compared to some other biker org's i could mention in these here parts, but i won't mention them out of respect for my friends the Angels.

the Angels have no fear of using their Macs since i helped them out and i occasionally hire one or two of them as part of my 'steel crew', that is, they help build large scaffold-like steel structures built at outdoor/indoor venues for rock shows...

(been there, done that... next?)

Cool, you really do know those guys? They did seem pretty decent, not quite what I was expecting after reading the Hunter Thompson book! Small world
