No, not that stupid software package. I was referring to the "Message" window when posting to the Fora.

When I think up my next late-night boondoggle thread or response, and it comes out to 5 pages, it can be hard to type it cleanly into the 220x150 message window. Easy for typos to slip in. Very diffucult to edit. Sometimes I have even had to compose in Simpletext, then cut and paste.

The message window takes up only half the space it could at my screen resolution. Could it at least scale to the screen width?

I'd have to agree with him--this box I'm typing in now takes up about 1/20 of the screen (it can fit 5 times it's length going up, 4 times it's width across). And I'm only at 1024x768 resolution...
Be happy.

How about setting the post window size in a member's preferences? Didn't think of that at first.

Yep, I definately agree with that...
Man, using OSX with this damned AA text and stuff in this tiny window...
What a pain!!
I know you can change the size of the window, so how hard is it to do that?
So far 100% of the people that seem to care agree...

It requires dealing with the underpinings of UBB... it's not an option or anything. I'd like to see them bigger myself...
