Those are just the new "auto-squint" icons. I liked the bigger ones too.

Yeah, bring back the bigger icons. At 800x600 on my 15 inch monitor, the icons take up only about 3/4 of the box; whereas, the original icons practically filled them.

Wow!!! We've got the old icons back. Plus, we now have the ones designating marked posts, like I saw a few days ago!

What are you talking about, Bockie?
The old icons didn't come back...

Or were you being sarcastic? (I'm relatively gullible )
Be happy.

From any store shelf: "New And Improved!! Smaller Form Factor! {same high price}"

Gotta check out the BIGGER icons in OS X. Could we choose icon size in Forum Preferences?

Hmmm…The icons have gone back to the smaller form. The ones that I was referring to were the original, larger size, but had what looked like an alias arrow on the bottom-left corner. The icon legend said something about those threads having marks since last visit. I first saw these in the iMac forum a few days ago. I think the admins are attempting to implement new UBB software and are "tinkering" with the icons.

When I use IE5 I get the icons with the alias arrows and "contains new posts since last time you logged on". When I use Netscape 4.73 that feature isn't there at all.

I am glad that someone else saw those icons...I thought that it was some evil conspiracy to make me go insane. Yeah, I saw the icons using IE5, but haven't tried Netscrape yet.
