So, as everyone knows, Ca$h has been using the Gorefan68 name for a while now. And he has also been pretty well behaved for a while.
I think that the Moderators should allow him to have his old name back.

I'm with you shmerek. While I have nothing against the guy, here, our names are our identity. It's like letting a person who has been on a murderous rampage loose, because he has been good for a few months.

What murdurous rampage again? What happened?
Why was he banned? ok.
I still say give it back... but it belongs in the other thread.

nothing personal against ca$h, but I do not want for him to get his old name back because I find this feeble drama amusing (I don't have a life either, okay). on the other hand, but every other standard I think he deserves to get his name back, as he has been "well-behaved."

at the very least, I think he should have the posts of ca$h transferred to gorefan so that he gets the respect his seniority here truly deserves. I think this should actually be done (transferring all posts to gorefan) even if he gets ca$h back. just because it would be funny. or how about this: can you set up ca$h68 as an alias to gorefan68 so that he posts with aa$h as his username, but the posts come out from gorefan? that would really rock!

hehehe. I amuse myself so easily sometimes...
please ignore this post

Who cares? Talk about a tempest in a teacup.

Frankly after the last two weeks of his rather stubborn pointless arguments and attacks in the missile defense thread and his recent bout of idiotic drunken ramblings, I can't figure why anyone would stand up for the guy.

And Razor - you and I obviously have different definitions of "pretty well behaved" - underage drinking doesn't qualify in my book.

DON'T give him his name back.

He's free to start his own forum - use any name he wants - and his fan club can
join him there.

Wasting electrons and technology again. Unbelievable.

My second for WDL's suggestion of a separate forum for ca$h and followers. Why not give it a try?

Let him setup his own forum and be Ca$h there as long as he wants.

"so that he gets the respect his seniority here truly deserves" ?

Helllllooooooooo!!!

Seniority at what? speed typing? verbal diarrhea? that's all the seniority stars guarantee

I read significantly helpful and/or witty posts as often from "Junior Members" as from "Vets" and "Addicts"

As currently used the rankings can show as much about flatus as status.

I wasn't going to get involved in this- just sit back and read, but, you know, just for the "seniority" thing, I vote NOPE. Helped... heh. Yes, gorefan98, you have helped me see the light about politics, women and a whole host of other issues! You do, however, truly have the upper hand in calc- I bow to your superiority there. Still vote NO, though.

I'm going to pull your head off because I don't like your head.

hey rich, chill a little, will ya? it's called a joke. the meaning of "seniority" here is something which the community as a whole has been joking about certainly for as long as I've been a member. no need to get all worked up about it.
