Longer is in style again, and I have tried to post some long URLs from time to time.

A recent TurboMax URL that I tried to post:

Only about 60% of it gets recognized if simply print it. And that sends people to a different page. Copy & paste the above URL, and compare with the clipped example below:

If I UBB code it as a link, it is not recognized at all.

Is it possible to allow longer URLs that will not get cut sho

BTW: to copy & paste the full URL, you may need to first paste into a word processor and fix it. In my browser, the word-wrap in the first URL causes spaces and a carriage return to be copied into the middle of the URL. This results in a broken URL, and sends you to the same page as the clipped URL version.

damn something went wrong when i tried it... ok yeah i got the same results as you... and yeah no UBB url= /url stuff works

dunno what to tell you... will ask the big guys
