Sorry for posting this here, but it seems to be this board that is most affected by what is starting to qualify as "SPAM" postings by certain users. The problem is only getting compounded by other users feeling that they need to actually reply to this crap.

I am quite serious, Is there a way for me to view the messages and have comments from certain users filtered out so I don’t have to waist my time sifting through the crap??

I come here to “TALK” about the pros and cons of OSX with other users interested in helping Apple make it the best OS yet.

I agree Alex. I'd like that same feature but I don't think the software supports it.

Yes, they are called "trolls". (I just learned that fact a couple of days ago, so now I'm showing off ) They are people who, finding themselves incarnated as human beings with the most advanced nervous system of any organism on the planet and the potential to be virtually anything they can conceive, have chosen to make themselves human spam. Like the e-mail spam to which heights they aspire to emulate, there is not a lot one can do about them.
Dang! I forgot to uncheck the "Show Signature" button again!

Did I write that? Sheesh -- I'm obviously not a Shakespeare or a Joyce.

That would really help because it takes 6 comments to make a person beleive that something is Good (os x) and only 1 bad comment to make them judge the system as a whole.............

Well maybe in the near future.......
Its not the fact that life is fact, but that life itself is a fact of the unknown....
