For at least a couple weeks, whenever I check "Currently Browing the Boards" Link, it's *weird*...
Both with IE and iCab the screen refreshes not every 30 secs, but about every 0.3 seconds. I hardly have time to read one page (let alone scroll down) before it goes blank to refresh.
Then, this morn there was someone listed twice at the same time???
Do I need "a fix" or do you?

Me too, but I just use Mac OS 9 cooperative multitasking. Hold down the mouse really quickly and then read.

Yeah, just hold down the mouse button whilst pressing down the scroll bar.
Play it cool

Thanks(?) for the (ugly) workaround. (holding mouse down won't let me scroll or click to second page).
Any admins got any idea, now that this phenom is hitting more than just me?
However, in testing on my Lady's iBook 9.0 (IE) I do *not* experience it - while my Pismo (9.0.4) continues to go bonkers.
Help?

the problem is with this line:
<META HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH CONTENT="0; URL=http://forums.macnn.com/cgi-bin/online.cgi?site=#tabletop">
the content="0" should be set to the number of seconds to refresh...
an admin can change this by going to:
http://forums.macnn.com/cgi-bin/onli...tion=configure
and modifying the refresh rate setting...

Well, thanks to Chicken Randomness, they seem to have fixed it. Always helps to put that 3 before that 0, eh?
