Why is there a banner for InternetBoost 2001 at Xicons.com?

I thought InterentBoost was for Windoze?

And at a MacNN site...

...it should be removed, pronto.

Play it cool

We sell some of our advertising slots to a third party (DoubleClick), who then resells them to other companies... InternetBoost is one such ad/company. Also, it's important to remember that a number of our readers access our sites from PCs (usually from work).

Moving this to Suggestions & Comments.

Personally I think it's *great* for greedy companies (esp. MS) to throw away their money on people that won't even bother giving their ads a second glance.
