can we have a new mobile phones' forum, where people can discuss all kinds of features, prices, bugs, batt. life, options, accessories, etc for all kinds of cell/web phones.
almost everyone uses a cell phone thesedays, so it probably will be frequented by users. it could also help a great deal for someone who wants to buy a new phone.
i need to replace my phone, but i cant get enough info off cnet or any of the company sites to actually make a decision.

But this is a Macintosh forum.. I mean really.. Lots of people have cars too.. But there is no car forum here.. And if there was, then people would start demanding seperate Manufacturers forums for each make of car too.. Where would it end!? It's a Macintosh forum, It should stay that way.

I can only suggest that you either seek out a mobile phone forum (There must be some!?) Or at worst, use the general discussion forum here.

very true paul, but there is a PDA forum too. i know thats alot more computer related than mobile phones, but cell phones are also being used to connect to the net. (i tried, without any success tho.)

anyway, it was only a suggestion, for something that could be pretty useful.... well not to all.

I'd say that any and all cellphone questions would best asked in the PDA forum.
