I have tried to access http://team.macnn.com on various machines and Mac OS and Win 9x, but everytime I try to access the webpage, a download begins?!?

Has anyone else noticed this?

I do not have any such problem
Netscape 4.73 everything enabled, webwasher currently off
OS 9.1
