Currently there are about 9 threads pertaining to the AI threads being down etc. Do you think it would be possible to cut some of this down and let our friends form AI know that we don't need a new thread for ever comment. Sorry if this seems like a whiney request, just a thought.

Ok relax your sphincters for a second, how many times in any given forum are there at least a half dozen threads about ostensibly the same thing? (especially around event time) And the lounge is supposed to be for stuff outside of MacNN. AI (while supposedly part of the same group) is outside of MacNN. I didn't post a raft of new threads, I just decided to bring up something that is relevant, MacNN basically doesn't give a **** about AI. I say OK, but rather than piss off a whole bunch of people and see them go elsewhere, why not integrate AppleInsider--as a forum topic pertaining to rumors and future product speculation--within these fora? Just transfer all the member IDs to the MacNN server and put up an AI archive.

How 'bout I just bring up a thread about AI being down every time it goes (and stays down) that's no less relevant than the french retard with the leap-froging dogs.
