What does the subtitle to MacNN Lounge mean: "all your base are belong to MacNN"? what the heck language is that ...?

thanks Cipher & CaseCom for putting me out of my misery .... I feel so very cool now. I must say it's used ever so tastefully here on MacNN ... I can't imagine how awful it is or was on AOL.
